mistakes were made

I thought it was the best thing after sliced bread.

When I first wrote the code for Brute Force AI, I was fired up.

The plan was simple:

✅ Take your top-performing ads.

✅ Take your worst performers.

✅ Use AI to analyze 'em.

✅ Extract exactly what separates the high-performers vs. the rest.

🤑 Profit

I thought it was genius.

I obsessed over the code to fine-tune it.

And then I ran the analysis on actual ads.

...and waited with bated breath to see the results....

And it just… sucked.

Like, bad.

Why?

Because great ads don’t always look alike.

And bad ads? They fail in their own special little ways.

(There’s a reason Tolstoy opened Anna Karenina with:

“All happy families are alike; every unhappy family is unhappy in its own way.”)

Same difference with ads.

I was trying to force-fit patterns where there weren’t any to be seen.

And when you give an AI model a chance to force-fit things?

It WILL make stuff up. Badly.

And I’ll be honest: I didn’t want to admit it.

I kept trying to fix it. Tweak it. Reframe it.

But when something’s broken?

Like really broken?

It’s not subtle.

You just know.

Eventually, I had to eat it.

So we scrapped that whole idea of finding patterns between the best and worst ads....

and rebuilt the entire code from scratch.

Here’s what we do now:


We go deep on what’s working.

When a concept performs, we don’t high-five and move on.

We pull it apart: frame by frame.

We ask: why did this hit?

What did the user feel?

What did the algorithm reward?

(we have AI do the heavy lifting).

Then we build extensions of that idea...

...and find different ways to 'bottle that magic.'


We track what actually shows up across a set of ads.

Forget “top ads.”

Forget “worst ads.”

We look for patterns that repeat in the ads library.

Because one ad winning once? Could be luck or fluke.

But a team using repeating a similar angle in 50% of their ads?

That’s signal.

That’s where we dig.

That is where we double down.

when we build new concepts on top.

you'd be surprised how many themes you can borrow from completely different verticals or genres.


But we don’t force-fit data.

We don’t chase symmetry where it doesn’t exist.

We do NOT force AI to do what it is terrible at doing.

BUT this was a lesson we had to learn the hard way.

By building code, using it for something that totally didnt work....

...before concluding what it was actually successful at - and doubling down.

That’s why Brute Force AI looks nothing like it did when we started.

Now it helps us find what’s actually working: so we can scale it fast...

without wasting time trying to invent logic where there is none.

so we use AI's actual superpowers(not those we wish it had).

If you spend $50k+ and want to skip the fluff and build ads based on how AI actually works…

...in ways that most prompt-bros dont really get.
